The index of newsletters is behind several months. You can manually figure 
out the URL of any given newsletter....

http://www.runrev.com/newsletter/[month]/issue[number]/

for example,

http://www.runrev.com/newsletter/january/issue41/

but obviously that's a real pain in the neck. We're working on the website 
and you should see some improvement soon.
