Changing text in formatted field

Cool!  I knew there had to be a simple way.  All the letters already 
exist in Word so it should be a breeze to turn them into HTML.  I 
like this solution as it let's the user edit the letter if they later 
need to.  Thanks!

(Will read the current newsletter shortly regarding the merge option :-)
