Yes indeed.  I do this as a matter of course in Delphi, but I guess I was 
curious how far one could push the stack/card paradigm (no pun intended 
<g>).

It makes sense for code reuse as well of course.

Yes.  Absolutely.  Self healing of applications is certainly a very smart 
idea.
