Cam,Unfortunately I cannot answer your question but I am monitoring your post as I too am VERY interested in communicating from Rev. Specifically, I'm building aircraft cabin simulators using a PLC for the basic control and wishing to use Rev to design an instructors interface (and editor) on either a OSX or Windoze platform. What I need to do is communicate bi-directionally with the PLC via Ethernet. If I hear of anything interesting I'll let you know.best, Bob...~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Message: 12Date: Sun, 20 May 2007 17:09:14 +0100From: "Camm29" <Camm29 at tesco.net>Subject: WARNING BUG ! Just an update , I tried Sarah's SerialTest.rev as well , this hung the PC on pressing the Open Port Button.Again , the only way out was to reboot the PC ! Running Windows XPUsing IVT BlueSoleil (USB to Bluetooth Adapter) Before anybody gets excited it's just a Virtual RS232 Com Port and works great with " C " written programswithout Revolution's Engine. IT ONLY FAILS WITH REVOLUTION APPLICATIONS !!!! I'm stuffed until this is fixed. Help anybody ? It's seems there's a serious lack of Knowledge or Interest on Rev 's Communication I/O Engine at present ! Best RegardsCamm
