Quick tip:
For some, this might be preferable.

put quote into q

  put "<HTML>" into h1
   put "<HEAD>" into h2
   put "<TITLE>"&fsn&"</TITLE>" into h3
   put "</HEAD>" into h4
   put "<BODY BGCOLOR="&q&"#FFFFFF"&q&"><FONT
 FACE="&q&"Arial"&q&">" into h5
    put cr & "<!-- d src ="&q&"Clip Here.mov"&q&" width =
 "&q&"480"&q&" height="&q&"270"&q&" scale
 ="&q&"tofit"&q&" autoplay
 ="&q&"False"&q&"><P> </P>" into  H6
