OS X cgi error

[Richard Miller]

I've tried all the suggestions so far, but no luck. Does the problem  
have to do with not having a "license.rev" stack in the cgi folder?  
None was provided with the Darwin download, so I assumed one wasn't  
needed. If one is needed, where do I get it?
