Standalones as CGI

Thanks Peter,
this solves the problem with linux standalones for cgis if you're on the
fortunate position of having your own box. I have a VPS so it's easy for me
to try stuff like this but for those using simple vanilla web hosting, this
is impossible.

anyway, Xvfb works better than I though! :-)
