cgi error - with stacks

Line 6 is: put "addresses.rev" into theStack

Do you have a stack named "addresses.rev", is it in the same folder with 
the cgi script, and is the name all lower-case? How about permissions? 
Did you set the permissions so that the cgi can open it?
