PHP-Drupal for Rev-based project

My client is looking for someone who knows PHP and is familiar with 
Drupal and mySQL. The web setup will interact with a Rev-based project 
and shouldn't be too hard for someone who has these skills. 
Unfortunately, time is tight. If you are interested, or know someone who
