missing PDF manual pages?

Page 153 of my .PDF user manual helpfully states:

6.7 Sorting Data

Yet these sections are not in my PDF - do I have an old or incomplete  
PDF version, or are these ideas yet to be fleshed out into sections?


And now that I ask, my PDF ends on page 235 with section 8.7, which  
seems like it might be complete, but nary a "have fun, and good  
luck"... it's as if the PDF file is incomplete...
