Keydown into Table Fields

Josep,

It is very well possible that a table object intercepts all messages.  
You should be able to override this by inserting your script into front:

insert script of btn "Front Scripts" into front

This button could contain the following script:

on functionKey theKey
   if theKey is 4 then
     -- your script here
   else
     pass functionKey
   end if
end functionKey
