Hi Carlo,

Normally, you can try something like this:

open file "unicode.txt" for binary write
write fld "UTF" to file "unicode.txt"
close file "unicode.txt"

There is no reason for any encoding or decoding once the
unicodetext of a field has been set correctly. However,
Revolution uses a "special flavour" of unicode. If you keep
having problems importing unicode text generated by Revolution,
you might want to write me off-list. Economy-x-Talk.com solved
unicode problems for several clients and we can help you to
solve yours.

Best,

Mark
