Stack loaded into memory message?

Thanks everyone but the problem is not whether to find out if a stack is
open or just loaded into memory, but to trigger an action when someone or
somehow a stack is loaded into memory and not opened. I need a message for
that and AFAIK there is n message at all sent when a stack is loaded into
memory?
