Hiding the cursor on Windows

Yes, the tools are installed. In general everything works fine, but 
apparently hiding the cursor is tricky business. I suspect these 
emulators go out of their way to avoid losing the cursor, and an 
invisible cursor isn't a normal state of affairs in most apps.
