Button text on icon image

How do you do this?

That's what i know, fiddling with the margins property, but never  
with satisfying results...

I am still waiting for an explanation of Mr. Miller, see bugzilla  
entry 1032, which is marked as
FIXED and RESOLVED which is NOT TRUE! My good education prohibits  
further comments.
