Sure, if something which is under the control of someone else is good
enough, why not?

For some projects that is just fine, but that doesn't help you on the client
side if you also need a local runtime. In addition, it puts one aspect of
your "complete product" offering outside of your control. For something like
a simple blog writer front end, that isnt a big problem (though then you are
competing with all of the very servicable web front ends).

On the other hand, if you want to create a product that has a server
component, or a complete line of products that scales up to something with a
server, then this probably isnt good enough.
