Printing MICR font

I'm trying to print with the MICR font and am running into some problems.

1. The special code characters (ABCD) only show up on screen at 10pt [not that big of a deal]
2. The special code characters do not print regardless of font size [big huge freakin' deal ;-) ]

The MICR font prints fine from other programs and prints fine to all the printers, including the 
imagesetter, but not from RunRev.

Any insights from anyone? I have "formatForPrinting" turned to true.
