2.5.1 and HTTPS or SSL (was The Best just got Better)

Thanks for the reply.. I have all the files installed and did the repair
permissions and still gives the same ->error cannot load SSL library<-

I will try sometime in the next couple weeks to get to the bottom of this,
but too busy now.
