I do sympathise.
I remember you changed your email address a few months ago... due to  
spam.
As for me, I use many addresses:
My older one with a well-known FAI in France is over spammed (more  
than 100 each day about porn, pharmacy, casino, low rates, watches,  
etc.).
I'm going to suppress it.
Those which refer to my web-site are not *yet* spammed (I use one of  
them to post to the present list)
.Mac is OK too.

So, in your case, I would suspect a spyware on a Win computer.
The guy on this list who got it probably does not even know it :-(
