View it on your computer screen and take a screenshot.  Load that into 
a painting program, crop out the part you need, scale it to the right 
size, and save it as a JPEG.

Repeat for each document.


Perhaps this could be automated more easily using either Rev or 
AppleScript?  Anyone?
