Calculating harmonised colours

Thanks Hugh,

My problem at the moment is to make a conversion RGB/HSL forth and back.
Monte's LibColor does provide this less usual conversion.
Such process allows to master hue, saturation and luminosity and then  
modify any colour with a great precision :-)
