Calculating harmonised colours

Hi Bill,

Thanks a lot for all theses links.
When playing with the system color chooser (Mac OS X) I guessed I had  
to convert RGB to HSL and back in order to be able to modify the  
luminosity value and get a range of colours.
The link below is invaluable :-)
