I do agree a thousand times.
More, I think that a good idea, right ergonomics and design are 80%  
of any software value.
The rest (coding) has to be clean and well thought (architecture is  
important) but it's backup only.
Men, I'm not a programmer, I'm an obstetrician ;-)
