the comm agent is a communications manager to wrap the shell gui
in a RR oriented abstraction for my XOS project. 

I've done this for DOS, the NT reskit, and some applescript applications
like Eudora, Filemaker, QuarkXpress. After that you no longuer need to 
type switches (or remember the darn things...) 

Example: www.xxcopy.com which has at least 4 dozens 
of different switches (not to mention google combos!)
