Jonathan,

I tried to download your stack, but get the message that the URL cannot 
be found. Same for the URL at the bottom of your post. Maybe your server 
is temporarily down?

I would like to test if one special closefield handler in the front 
scripts of the Rev IDE could cause or contribute to your problem.
