Tab Panel problem

I have a Tab Panel of buttons which has about five tab buttons. The 
problem I am having is that if I select the third or fourth button and 
then go back to select  the second one it goes to that page but 
highlights the first button not the second one. If I select the second 
one again then the highlight goes to the second one as expected.

This is odd and repeatable.

Any info?
