MP3 Tags? (reprise)

i do but will have to wait end of the day to post the stack.

The MP3 tags are basically a fixed length record appendded to 
the mp3 data. Tag IDv1 are fixed length and start at an offset 
from the end of the file. I haven't looked at tag IDv2 yet...
