openCard message not received

I don't use plugins, but there are some listed in the Development | Plugins 
list:
-Calculator
-GoRevNet
-RegExBuilder
-revExample
-revNavigator
-revSmartSave
-SmartProperties

I'm not using any front or back scripts. Rev has its own that are there, 
however.
