getting a CD drive under Windows

Does anybody have a good method for determining the CD-ROM drives that are
available on a Windows machine?  I'd prefer a method that doesn't require an
external, but since I only need it for Windows, I'll take any ideas I can
get.

I know I can use the Volumes() function to get a list of available drives,
but how can I determine which drives are actually CD-ROM drives?
