Thanks, that's so kind. Your enthusiasm is more than enough payment. I 
have always contributed my tutorials for free in the past and I want to 
give back to the community some of what it has given to me. So just 
enjoy it, and I hope it is useful to lots of people. There is no 
obligation to pay.
