Visual effects in the IDE

I noticed that when opening a field with a visual effect - while working 
in the IDE - the first time the script was called
the field first opened *without* an effect and then immediately 
afterwards opened again *with* the effect.

The second and other times the script was called the visual effect was 
displayed correctly.

This does not happen with the same stack as a standalone.
