can I download a new 2.2 ppc engine?!

Hi Folks,

Trying to solve my problem with reading empty files in classic mode  
(http://www.runrev.com/revolution/developers/bugdatabase/show_bug.cgi? 
id=1468) I saw on bugzilla (thanks to Jan) that Tuviah solved the  
problem and posted a fixed engine. I just don't know how to get this  
engine and how to install it, can someone help me here?
