Where to download older versions of Rev?

Can someone point me to an URL where I can download older versions of 
Revolution?   The FTP server seems to only go back to Rev 2.0.   I want to download 
the version of Rev that can create standalones that work on Mac OS 10.1.0.   
Not sure whether I'd actually resort to back-tracking to that version, but I'd 
like to do an experiment.
