ANN: New PropsN2O 1.2.1 plugin release

Hi everyone,

Following some suggestions I have made quite a few improvements
to the PropN2O plugin. Im really happy with this release and
highly recommend it.

New features include:
- horizontal or vertical orientation
- Insert or remove the frontscript
- Registration implemented - removes the nag screen and will add more
features.
- More RunRev improvement mods - palettizes the RunRev palettes so they
  are visible when switching from an application to a stack.
- Many more improvements and fixes, see the about history information...

Unfortunately a routine to overlap or stick to the revPropertyPalette
caused bugzilla 1703 and is disabled until further notice.

Suggestions, bug fixes (if any!) are welcome as usual.
