I use Monte Goulding's installers which work for both Mac and Windows 
alike. It's great, 'cause all you do is drag/drop your folder full of 
stuff onto it and it figures out what to do (based on the contents of 
the folder...ie. if your folder has a 'license.txt' file, then it puts 
it in the installer.)
