Leaving earlier is better...I just quickly ran some examples to get 
sample numbers/costs.
If you are running a tight schedule and cannot be away from home too long, you
could leave on the 13th and still make it.

If you'd like to stay one or two weeks so much the better...just let 
me know and we'll
help you book hotels & arrange airport transfers. If you are coming 
from the nasty
north with maybe even snow at that time of year, you'd be a bit 
foolish if you didn't
come early and enjoy a nice swim or two  ;-)
