Sorry, no! (not yet? ;-)

 From the docs:

dontuseqt
...
This property is of limited usefulness on Mac OS systems, since they 
normally
use QuickTime for playing movies. Setting the dontUseQT to true on a 
Mac OS
system prevents it from playing movies and sounds.
