get mail from pop3

Hello list,

Some days ago I read about Shao Seans new libSmtp and libEmail, so I 
wanted to try it out.
But my ISP wants me to first get mail from my account (with username, 
pssword) before I can send mail.

So my question: How can I get Mail from a pop3-server with RunRev?
