Windows Dos window doesn't work?

I'll try to squeeze out some time and look at this.  I gave up on 'open 
process' for Windows long ago when my bug list got large and ignored.

First of all...  Do you mean a prompt from "cmd"?  Won't that go to 
your process I/O?  A pipe is set up from cmd's stdout to the process 
I/O channel in Rev.  Or am I missing something?
