dragdrop in windows 98se, or other win32s...

Hi,

I have dragdrop code that works fine on mac 10.3.4, but breaks on win98se. 
Under win98se, when I start to drag the selection, the selection gets deselected 
but if I continue dragging towards the other field on another stack, and drop 
it, the selection with its addtional info via scripting is indeed placed in 
the target field. I am cluess to whats going on. Anyone else seen this 
deselecting at the start of a drag under win98se??
