You control the colors and shadows of a button the same when it's 
disabled as when it's enabled - by setting the various color 
properties, the shadowOffset, etc.

(If you mean something more like, "is there a global way of setting 
up colors, etc. to be used for all disabled buttons", then not that I 
know of.)
