checking/unchecking menus after a menu with cascading menus

you are correct ... to be able to check and uncheck menuItems in a cascading
menu (also, that these cascade menuItems are in a button with other
menuItems)

as for "easy to do in Rev."  ... this i have yet to see!
so far i have not been able to do this after extensively memorizing your RR
documentation ... which is excellent to the point that it goes

i will be back when i made another effort to solve this

i will keep in mind that the "man at the top" says this is "common" (meaning
done successfully & often) and easy (meaning he can do it) ... that is
enough for me to continue to enjoy and discover :-)

your encouragement is appreciated ... it is likely that i will 'continue' to
