I can't replicate it, but I was watching a coworker try to pick a file, 
and the same handler would sometimes allow her to select a ".rev" file 
and sometimes it would not let her select the same file: the "Open" 
button would remain disabled. It's almost as if "answer file" was 
applying a filter when it should not have been.
