New Version of Preceptor Tools

Hello Stephen,

Did you test the new version 1.02 on Windows?

Like with the first version I get a number of error messages here; one 
cause may be chars in the scripts that are not correctly transferred 
from MacOS to Windows.

One example is the "quizObjects Toolkit".
