International characters in Rev 2.0

Hi Trevor
A lot of progress has been made in integrating 'international chars' into
RR, but shortcomings remain. I can't speak about European sets but the CJK
languages each have their own problems. Japanese text entry does not show
the parsing line correctly, some chars are not converted correctly by
unidecode/encode. OS 9 does not show Korean text although OS X is fine.

I could list other problems. The good news is that it is easy to use in the
main and has been well implemented. Once these rough edges have been cleaned
up, RR will be a powerful force in the CJK world.

HTH
