Valentina Server

Well the team at Paradigmasoft maintains VXCMD which includes hooks to
our RevDB api. I'm sure they are quite busy now testing Valentina server,
but once it's ready I'm sure they'll update VXCMD or release a server
version soon. Of course it would be useful to get a test version ASAP, so
we can run initial tests with our new databasequery manager..
