Can't delete a standalone after running?

On windows XP Home, I have noticed that if I build a standalone, exit
revolution, and run the standalone, I am unable to delete it afterwards
without restarting my computer.

The error message I get is:

Cannot delete xxxx.exe: Access is denied

Make sure that the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is
not currently in use.

Looks like there is a problem wih the standalone correctly closing....
