I think Iconographer can add an icon into the resource fork of a 
Revolution compiled app. BTW then I think you are still stuck with the 
get-info material that Rev has put into the compiled app. But at least 
you have a new icon.

The way I was describing is different- to create an actual actual 
application bundle (a folder ending in .app). I think is what Rev 2.0 
will do as well.
