"selectable"

right next to "visible" is the "selectable"
column in the Application Browser. 
this term is found neither in the Transcript 
Dictionary nor Search the Documentation...

it means that your control sticks to the 
screen like hardened epoxy. it is not disabled.
it just won't budge.

what is the story on "selectable"?
