copy icons (graphics?) to a new stack

* copy card 1 of stack "here" to stack "there"

* manually copy stack and card scripts

this fixed some bad problems on a couple of 
stacks, but then came the icons. i remember how 
to get at them in MetaCard, they were on a page,
but where are they in 2.1.2 ?
